Movement and training have been an important part of my life for many years. From personal experience, I know how essential strength training, targeted movement and a mindful relationship with the body can be — especially when recovering from pain or injury and rebuilding stability, confidence and resilience.

Since 2019, I've been teaching spinning at SuperCycle as a Master Instructor — with experience from more than 1,500 classes. I combine that knowledge of movement, load and coaching with my training as a Medical Personal Trainer and my focus on a clear, health-oriented training structure. At the same time, I work with sensitivity, humour and a good feel for people — because I believe movement should not only make sense, it should also be enjoyable.

No. Many people come with no experience or very little. Training starts where you are right now and is built clearly around your starting point.
For anyone who wants to train in a structured, health-oriented way — whether as a starting point, a return after a break, or to bring the body back into better balance.
In the private studio in Vienna's 9th district, in the gym of your choice in Vienna, online or at your home — depending on the setting and by arrangement. A mix is also possible.
Workout clothes, non-slip socks, a water bottle and a towel. Many exercises are done barefoot or in socks.
Yes, generally speaking. Please mention pain or limitations in your enquiry and in the intake form. Training can start once medical clarification and, where relevant, physiotherapy or rehab have been completed and appropriate clearance is in place.
Medical Personal Training is a specialised qualification focused on health-oriented, individually adapted training. It pays particular attention to pain, limitations, load management and a sensible training structure. Especially after completed physiotherapy or rehab, it can be a useful bridge if you want to train again with someone who understands injuries and the return to training.
After the starter package, we look at which format makes sense for you — single sessions, Standard or Intensive. You do not have to decide immediately.
Yes, that's absolutely possible. Simply mention in your enquiry how often you'd like to train — I'll then put together a tailored offer for you.
Single sessions are the flexible option. Standard includes 4 sessions of 60 minutes within 4 weeks. Intensive includes 6 sessions of 90 minutes within 4 weeks as well as an individual training plan for home or the gym.
No. All packages run for the booked period and end automatically afterwards. There is no automatic renewal.
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the session will be charged or deducted from the package.
